Pure Grips has no knowledge regarding the status of any intellectual property regarding your Submission. Further, Pure Grips does not possess the ability to review such intellectual property status and either approve or reject a Submission in a timely manner. Therefore, you warrant and represent that you have sufficient rights to request and reproduce the Submission, and that such Submission and reproduction thereof does not infringe the rights of others. Finally, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pure Grips and its agents from any and all liability, damages, and expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising out of the Submission. Pure Grips reserves the right to decline any Submission that seems objectionable for any reason. A "Submission" is defined as any text, graphic, image, file, color, or combination thereof submitted to Pure Grips.

We will do everything possible to make your custom design come to life. Due to the nature of our printing process only one color per logo can be used and in some cases not all logos will work. Please feel free to call us with any questions regarding your design.

Graphics Restrictions

a) Graphic format must be PNG, JPG.

b) For best results your graphic should have a transparent background sized to 500x120

c) Graphic must have single color.

d) Your graphic will automatically change to black and white once added to the grip

e) should read "We can't show you the Graphic Color changing however you can select the color you would like."
